What Do You All Want?

Right you lot.

I started this back up again coz I am bored of social media and wanted a more open space. But, I want to know what you guys want from the forum in 2025.

Shit has changed, forum are harder to use and more time consuming. So, what would make it easier for you all to use and post on?

All suggests welcome, though I may only be able to action a few,

I suppose ease of use on a phone?
I'm only getting to see this when I'm at work and using a computer, is there a sensible app to use on a phone?
I remember tapatalk used to be the rage?

Also, meets, I want more meets, Mr Tapp!
Before the chavs invaded, your meets used to be legendary!

App is problematic. I will research any premade stuff that is also free, but forums have minimal support these days.

I did look at making my own, but PHPBB has now API, so would just be a wrapper, which does not help with things like push notifications etc. The forum is mobile adaptive these days, but it is much better on desktop.

I'll get on meets a little later in the year. The Jetta is not out for a couple months, so maybe April time

Yeah, I'm about to pull the golf apart actually, so it'll be a couple of months away too.
I built that thing 7 years ago and all I've done is kick it's head in, so I figure it's time for a birthday.
